Management Assessment

 

Our experience: Over a period of ten years we have held approximately 400 assessment-of-potential or selection centres. We have encountered some 2000 managers or high potentials and 1000 sales professionals. In doing so, we acquired a sound understanding of the key tasks and requirements in various industries as well as profound know-how as assessors.


Thorough research and design: The design of an assessment centre starts with thorough research of the specific key tasks, job requirements and cultural characteristics. Assessment-of-potential and developmental workshops need to be tailored to the organization and target positions, and thus simulate real-life tasks.


Internal/external corporation: We do not merely facilitate the assessment centre, but provide our expertise as assessors. In our experience, the external and neutral perspective is often a welcome addition or counterpoint to the internal. We do, however, ensure that the decisions (on selection or development) are made by the responsible line-managers in the organization.

 

Feedback and learning: Assessment and developmental workshops are powerful learning methods. In order to foster individual learning processes we offer a thorough analysis and feedback in individual coaching sessions. In developmental workshops we use video-feedback as an additional learning measure.
